Following your truffle hunting adventure, unwind with a tasting of bitters and a hearty aperitif featuring local products and a fresh truffle speciality. These delicacies are prepared using the truffles collected during your expedition.
You'll also learn about the journey of transforming herbs from the Hyblean Mountains - such as Nepitella, Marjoram and Shrub Thyme - into signature bitters.
