De audiotour met gids begint bij de ingang van de archeologische vindplaats Mycene (21200, Mykines, prefectuur Argolis). De gemakkelijkste manier om er te komen is met de auto. De tour eindigt bij de uitgang van de Schatkamer van Atreus, die zich buiten de archeologische vindplaats bevindt, maar er wel dichtbij.

  • Hoewel het Museum van Mycene toegankelijk is, is de archeologische site van Mycene niet toegankelijk voor rolstoelgebruikers en niet gemakkelijk toegankelijk voor mensen met mobiliteitsproblemen.
  • Vanwege de ligging van de archeologische vindplaats is het aan te raden de kinderwagens bij de ingang achter te laten
