The pick-up point is located at the tourist bus stop on Calle Guillén Sotelo (29016), located in front of the Pedro Luis Alonso Gardens. Although there is no number 11 on Calle Guillén Sotelo, searching for “Calle Guillen Sotelo 11” on Google Maps will show the exact location of the tourist bus stop. In case of any issues in finding the meeting point, please contact the local provider.
What to remember

Not allowed:

  • Children under the age of 2
  • Children weighing less than 9 kilograms

Know in advance:

  • Each tuk-tuk has a maximum capacity of 4 people (price is intended per vehicle)
  • In case of customer delay, the activity time will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be cancelled if the delay exceeds 15 minutes, and the amount paid will not be refunded
  • The itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • The tour will start and end at the same point
  • During winter, tuk-tuks will have blankets and protective layers against rain and wind
  • Please note there is no luggage department in the tuk-tuk to store any handbags, wheelchairs, strollers or any further items
