Explore the beautiful Lake Maggiore and two of the Borromean Islands on this hop-on hop-off boat tour.

Board the modern boat and set off to Lake Maggiore's most characteristic places. Relax and enjoy the beauty of the lake as you go. As you cruise, hear fascinating facts about the sights with an audio guide in English and Italian.

First, visit Isola dei Pescatori, the only one of the Borromean Islands inhabited all year round. Explore its many charming alleys and stop to taste the typical dishes of the lake at one of the numerous restaurants (not included in your ticket price).

Continue your island tour with a stop at Isola Bella most famous for its palace, splendid caves, and Italian-style gardens. Admire the views from the famous terraces, enjoy some shopping in the elegant boutique stores, or visit the local handicraft market, before returning to Stresa.

Please exchange your voucher at the ticket office at Stresa Piazza Marconi and make the payment of the landing fee. The ticket office is recognizable by the "Servizio pubblico non di linea" sign.

Please note that your multilingual captain speaks English, Italian, Spanish, French, and German but the audio guide on board will only be in English and Italian
The boats leave every 30 minutes from Isola Pescatori and Isola Bella, so you can continue your hop-on hop-off boat tour at your favorite time. Please make sure to ask on-site for the last boat coming back to Stresa on your selected day to ensure that you don´t miss it
A landing tax of €0.50 needs to be paid per person for each island at the ticket office (not included in the tour price)
Please note that it´s not allowed to bring the following on board: luggage or large bags, bikes, alcohol and drugs
Your ticket includes the hop-on hop-off boat tour. Any additional entrance costs are optional and at your own expense (e.g. the entrance to the palace and garden of Isola Bella)
From 16 March 2024 to 3 November 2024 the palaces and gardens will be open
Pets are allowed on the boat but not inside the museum and garden (if you decide to visit any of the suggested venues)
Please note that it´s not allowed to bring the following on board: luggage or large bags, bikes, alcohol and drugs
This tour takes place rain or shine. If the tour is canceled due to very poor weather a refund will be issued
