Schade fanden wir falsche Zeitangaben. Die Tour wurde uns im Hotel als Halbtagstour verkauft bis um 13:30 - klar ich bin im Urlaub aber das es dann bis um 15:30 ging, fand ich merkwürdig. Zu einem Wendemanöver des Busses wurden wir am Park alle für ca. 20 Minuten aus dem Bus gebeten. Der Bus fuhr weg und kam erst nach ca. 50 Minuten wieder! Es war vor Ort windig und kalt - das fanden wir ziemlich frech aber das wurde abgetan.

At 3,718 metres above sea level, it's fair to say Mount Teide doesn't just dominate Tenerife, but the whole archipelago. There's the scorched earth of the lava fields, the jagged rock formations of Roques de Garcia, the Mars-like badlands around Montaña Rajada and the pine forests of the Corona Forestal."
The park's trails have you pass through four different climate zones, which create an ever-changing kaleidoscope of terrains, flora and fauna. From lunar-like lava fields, you'll wander through forests of Canarian pine and across rocky ridges. A visit to the finger-like Roques de Garcia rounds off the trip. It is a great place to view even more of the valley. What's more, because of the early morning start to the excursion, the queues will be shorter.
