Bring your voucher to the At the Top Will Call counter, located on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall, at any time to pick up your tickets. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.

Know in advance:

  • Children under 3 years old enter for free. Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times
  • Tickets purchased are only valid for the specific date and time shown on them
  • Your ticket includes: entry to the world's highest lounge (levels 152, 153 and 154); entry to the world's highest observation deck (level 148); entry to all other levels and experiences (levels 124 and 125); priority access; a multilingual guided tour; a welcome drink; unlimited refreshments (tea, coffee and soft drinks); unlimited gourmet canapés; a professional portrait photography session with a complimentary digital photo (until 22 November 2025)
  • To ensure your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Unfortunately, refunds and rain checks cannot be offered in the event of inclement weather
  • Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, pushchairs, sports bags and backpacks must be stored in the secure baggage check room near the entrance
