Verken een van de grootste catacomben van Napels tijdens deze rondleiding van een uur. De catacombe van San Gaudioso ligt onder de basiliek van Santa Maria della Sanità (Heilige Maria van de Gezondheid), in het hart van de wijk. In deze begraafplaats komen vroegchristelijke en 17e-eeuwse elementen samen.

Tijdens deze tour krijgt u de kans om deze vroegchristelijke elementen te bewonderen, zoals het graf van San Gaudioso, fresco's en mozaïeken uit de 5e en 6e eeuw. Tegelijkertijd ziet u speciale begrafenissen voor de adel en de geestelijkheid, die teruggaan tot de 17e eeuw, toen de catacomben hun functie als grafplaats hervatten.
