Le soir venu, éloignez-vous de la plage pour rejoindre les collines et le village de montagne de Zia. Situé dans les hauteurs du mont Dikaios parsemé de forêts de pins, il offre une vue magnifique sur la côte nord de l'île et sur la mer Égée, jusqu'à la Turquie. De là-haut, les couchers de soleil sont tout simplement spectaculaires.

Une fois arrivés, vous disposez de temps libre pour vous promener et admirer le paysage. Apportez votre appareil photo et trouvez-vous le meilleur point de vue pour observer le soleil se fondre derrière les collines. Profitez-en pour acheter des produits locaux dans les boutiques de souvenirs et les étals en bord de route, tels que des nappes en dentelle, de l'huile d'olive ou du miel doré.

Vous pouvez aussi visiter l'église byzantine du village. Plus tard, à la tombée de la nuit, installez-vous dans une taverne de Zias pour le dîner. Certaines disposent de terrasses sur le toit où vous pouvez profiter de la vue tout en mangeant, au moment où les étoiles commencent à scintiller.

Maybe if you reduce the price to £10 you would get more people to go because there were empty seats. It was far too long there ! 8 pm return would have been just right.

Beautiful place and the sunset was stunning . The whole area was very nice and peaceful (October ) Had an amazing dinner at the Magic Mountain restaurant . Prices in the shops were reasonable. Only downside was pickup at 9pm , this could have been a bit earlier as we all gathered about 8.30pm maybe just nearer the end of the season make pickup earlier. But overall a lovely trip and would recommend

Don't get me wrong the town of Zia is beautiful but I'm actually so unhappy for 1 the driver was late. 2, we only had 3 hours there. 3, all the shops shut at 8pm which left us standing in darkness waiting on a bus. I would like a refund for this trip as it was abysmal. It's not the towns fault it's the time getting picked up and basically paying £34 to be there for 2 hours. I have never had problems with excursions but I'm not paying that kind of money for a trip that lasted 2 out of 4 hours

Pick up time from Zia could have been 8 or 8:30pm. Did not need to be 9pm as we had ample time to see the sunset, eat and walk around the shops multiple times.

It was a great way to get to Zia and spend some time there. I wouldn't feel comfortable driving a car on a way back at those bendy roads as there are no street lights so having a transfer was spot on. Zia is fantastic to see.
