Meet your guide at the Krakow Booking meeting point, right next to the restaurant and car park. Look for the "krakowbooking" banner hanging on the fence. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.

  • Baby carriages and luggage larger than 30×20×10 cm are not permitted

  • Please note that there are 800 steps to climb
  • The lift is used only to get to the surface from the bottom of the mine
  • The tour is available in English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Polish, and Ukrainian

Remember to bring:

  • Warm clothing, as the temperature underground ranges between 14 and 16 °C
