¡Conviértete en chocolatero por un día! Aprende cómo se elabora el chocolate desde el grano hasta la tableta, qué tipos de chocolate existen y cómo funciona el proceso de templado. El chocolatero profesional también te explicará los siete pasos para consumir chocolate: vista, oído, trituración, tacto, olfato, textura, sabor y regusto.

Este taller está organizado para que comprendas los fundamentos de la elaboración del chocolate. El objetivo es consentirte con diversos sabores, aromas y degustaciones. El taller tendrá una duración aproximada de 60 minutos y utilizarás una máquina profesional para templar chocolate para elaborar tu barra.

Después del taller, podrá visitar el Museo del Chocolate de forma gratuita. La visita al Museo del Chocolate y el taller juntos duran aproximadamente 90 minutos.

    Leider war nirgends ersichtlich dass der Workshop auf Englisch ist. Sollte deutlich kenntlich gemacht werden. Ansonsten war es ein super Erlebnis.

    Viajó con la familia

    Der Workshop hat uns allen viel Spaß gemacht. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern da. Etwas schade war, dass der Großteil der Gruppe Englisch sprach und wir den Kindern daher alles übersetzen mussten. Am Herstellen der Schokoladentafeln und am kleinen Museum hatten alle viel Freude.
