You'll learn how more than 1.5 million people were sent to the camps by the Nazi regime and put to death during World War II. Founded in 1947, the memorial was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979 for the important story it relates.

Guide was new and in training. Spoke sporadically and when without headphones was very hard to heat.

We did not get picked up or dropped off at the hotel. Had an email to say "pick up and drop off cant be done from your hotel" Had to walk across town. What if we couldnt walk that far????

We where let down twice they cancelled our trip on the Wednesday so that spoiled the rest of the day then they said they would try for the Thursday but it was unlikely so we couldn’t plan any other trip just in case as this was the main reason we went there they messaged me late afternoon to say we could go Friday at 1’30 pm so couldn’t do much in morning where our original time was 9,30 am so it spoiled our trip really won’t be doing it again

The only negative was a late change of time for the day from 9.30am pick up to 5.45am!! It was worth it though. Very good tour carried out with respect to the place we were visiting

Corrupt zooitje. Onze tour voor maandag 8-9 werd eerst de avond van tevoren opeens gecanceld vanwege geen gids. Toen zouden we op dinsdag gaan, daar werd de ophaaltijd opeens van verplaatst van 9:30 uur naar 5:30 uur. Ik reis met mijn bejaarde moeder, zo vroeg is gewoon geen mogelijkheid meer. Volgens de kleine lettertjes moesten wij akkoord gaan met de nieuwe dag en tijd en anders waren wij ons geld kwijt. Echt geen reclame voor TUI!
