5:15 pm meeting point in front of the main entrance of Schönbrunn Palace
5:30 pm Palace tour with an audio guide
6:30 pm dinner in a selected restaurant
8:30 pm concert starts at the Orangery Schönbrunn (admission from 8:00 pm)
The concert ends at approximately 10:15 pm

The nearest subway station is "Schönbrunn". The entrance to the Orangery is right across the street. Please be at the main entrance of the palace 15 minutes before the tour starts.

The tour is available in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, Croatian, Polish, and Turkish
Category A and VIP ticket holders will receive a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice at the bar during the intermission. VIP ticket holders also receive a personalized program and get access to the exclusive VIP-Lounge with a seperate cloakroom to avoid queues
On selected dates, the concerts take place in the Great Gallery or in the White-Gold Room directly in the Palace, in the Schönbrunn Palace Theatre, or in other concert halls in Vienna
A vegetarian menu is available on request
