Zur Tour selber kann ich nicht viel sagen. Müssten kurzfristig krankheitsbedingt absagen. Der Anbieter hat uns trotz sehr kurzfristiger Absage aus Kulanz alternativ Touren angeboten ohne Aufpreis etc. Das war so nicht zu erwarten und sehr nett. Auf Grund unserer Abreise konnten wir diese leider auch nicht wahrnehmen, aber die generelle Möglichkeit wussten wir sehr zu schätzen. Die Problembehandlung war hier top, auch wenn für uns keine Lösung dabei war :) Alles Gute für die Zukunft.

L'info sur l'endroit ou retrouver le bateau n'était pas assez précise selon les infos fournies. Nous avons du chercher... De plus, la croisière devait être annulée par manque de participants et TUI était au courant mais nous n'avions nullement été prévenus, ce qui n'est pas normal. La croisière a finalement eu lieu et c'était une très belle expérience, l'équipe de navigateurs est vraiment sympathique.

Suppen en kanoen was er niet. Ook waren er geen hapjes. Geen veiligheidsinstructies gehad. De tocht zelf was wel mooi.
