Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.

Know in advance:

  • Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage Check Room located near the entrance
  • Burj Khalifa Levels 124 and 125: Monday to Sunday from 8.30am to 3.30pm and 6.30pm to 11.00pm. The Café: Monday to Sunday from 9.00am to 8.30pm
  • The Café visit will take place after you visit the observatory on your return to the ground level
  • Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge

    tolle Aussicht, leider trotz zeitgebundener Tickets über zwei Stunden zur Hochfahrt anstehen (keine Sitzmöglichkeit). Bei Aussichtsplattform ebenfalls keine Sitzplätze (weder innen noch außen).

    na klar wollen viele hoch, ist nicht so leicht zu stemmen. Für die Menge an Leuten - abends - war es sogar noch einigermaßen angenehm. Und wann kommt man schon mal so hoch. Topsicht am Abend mit Fountains unten, die allerdings von unten dann schon beeindruckender waren.

    Am Anfang sah es am Eingang nach Chaos aus, aber es stellte sich als organisiert und geordnet heraus. Aleine die Fahrt im Lift ist ein Erlebnis. Oben dann die Sagenhafte Aussicht weit über Dubai hinaus. Jeder Zeit wieder.

    Absolut zu empfehlen, die Wartezeit die wir hatten, hat uns später alles entschädigt, traumhafter Blick, den man nie vergessen kann würde es immer wieder tuen ,fast ein muss wenn man in Dubai ist
