You will select your pick-up location at checkout. Tours commence in Canmore, with subsequent pick-ups in Banff. Participants awaiting pick-ups in Canmore should wait in the lobby 10 minutes prior to the designated pick-up time. Those in Banff should be prepared for pick-up 30 minutes after the specified time, as travel from Canmore to Banff takes approximately 30 minutes.

The Canadian Rockies in winter can be quite cold, so layered clothing, warm hats, gloves, and sturdy boots are essential to ensure you remain comfortable and enjoy your adventure to the fullest. The tour operator reserves the right to refuse boarding if a participant is not wearing appropriate clothing for the tour.
