Discover the history, culture, and beauty of Marrakech City. Your adventure begins with a complimentary pick-up from your hotel in Agadir and Taghazout. Then set off for around a 4-hour journey to Marrakech, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its bustling medina quarter filled with vendors and stalls.

Upon arrival in Marrakech, your guide will lead you to the iconic Koutoubia Mosque, one of Morocco's oldest and most impressive religious landmarks. Then, it is time to stretch your legs and enjoy an authentic lunch at one of the local restaurants. Morocco ranks highly among the world's gastronomic destinations, so prepare for a feast of flavors.

Next, you'll head to Jemaa el-Fna Square, a symbol of Marrakesh since its foundation in the eleventh century. Here, you'll witness a rich tapestry of Moroccan cultural traditions expressed through music, religion, and art.

Now, when I return, I'm filled with nostalgia as I tour the alleys where I used to play football with my Arab and Jewish friends. Essaouira has always been a multicultural melting pot.'On day one, we'll hit the road to Marrakech, where on arrival you'll delve straight into the medina's warren of tightly-packed streets. Spend the morning taking in sights as we drop by places like Jardin Secret, before lunch at Dar Nejarine. After some free time to explore, we'll head to Djemaa el-Fna at dusk – the best time to see it – before a tasty dinner and traditional entertainment in a riad.On day two we'll head to the coastal city of Essaouira. Its mellow atmosphere, narrow winding streets laden with kaleidoscopic carpets, peeling-paint houses with and heavy old wooden doors make it a wonderful place to wander around. Walk the ramparts of the harbour, known as the Skala, where electric-blue boats bob in the water, or discover the atmospheric medina. There's a lunch stop included followed by free time to explore, before returning to Agadir in the early evening.
