the product is a self guided tour on an app but the app is not user friendly at all for the following reasons 1: It completely users the battery power of the phone - more than any other app ive seen and i ran out of battery very fast 2: It does not use a proper map, give directions or timings - you have no idea how long you will need for the tour to walk around and have to use other apps for actual guidance 3:Clear points of interest were not discussed on the automatic audio guide
