Having the Basilica of San Marco behind you, stay on the right side of the square and go under the arches. Find Olivetti Museum, turn right, pass under the archways, cross the little bridge and go straight on to “Campo San Gallo”, Venice Tours Office is in the square, San Marco 1093/B.

  • Please note: the voucher you get after booking is NOT your entrance ticket. Please collect the valid tickets and the code for the audio guide at the meeting point
  • The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally high tide or religious functions; in these cases, it will be postponed or refunded
  • Unfortunately, this activity isn't fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities
  • For security reasons, bags, purses and backpacks are not allowed inside the Basilica
  • The ticket includes the access to the ground floor of the Basilica. While the access to the Pala D'Oro € 5 and St. Mark's Museum € 7 have to be paid on location
  • Please note that on some days you could be required to pay a fee-per person to enter Venice city center. Visit the official communication channels of the Municipality of Venice to know the dates, the cost, and the possibility to benefit from exemptions and reductions
