Collect your entry tickets and train tickets from the 'InStazione' concierge desk at Napoli Centrale Station, located to the right of the Guess shop. Please arrive 45 minutes early so you do not miss the train departure.

What to remember

Know in advance:

Scan the QR code on your voucher and follow the instructions to download the sightseeing app and city map in your preferred language (English, Italian, German and French)
You'll collect the entry tickets and train tickets at Napoli Centrale Station. The local operator will contact you before your travel date to arrange the train tickets
After collecting the tickets, you can head directly to the Royal Palace of Caserta. Just show your tickets to the staff to gain admission to the palace
