What to expect

Enjoy stunning views of London with Up at The O2! You will climb the roof of The O2 and admire the panoramic views over London’s most famous landmarks, 52 meters above ground level.

Before starting your climb, you will be given briefing instructions and safety equipment. Your expert guides will share some interesting facts about the venue’s unique architecture as well as its famous visitors as you begin your climb. Once you reach the viewing platform, you will enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of London.

What to remember

Not allowed:

  • GoPro’s and larger cameras

Not suitable for:

  • children under 8
  • pregnant women

Know in advance:

  • you must arrive 15 minutes before your climb time as latecomers will not be admitted
  • the minimum height requirement is 1.2m
  • maximum measurements: weight 130kg, waist 125cm, upper thigh 75cm
  • adult to child ratio: 1 adult to 5 children (8 – 17 years)
  • there is a maximum of 6 people per booking
  • please wear appropriate clothing for the weather. Climbers will be required to wear our climb shoes so socks must be worn. It is recommended to wear gloves during winter
  • smartphones and/or small compact cameras can be taken up in secure pockets for pictures on the roof. All other items will be stored away and returned to you at the end of the climb.
  • climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or legal or illegal substances and if so, will not be permitted to participate plus will not be refunded
  • the activity is not refundable, but it could be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the climbing time, with a cost of £5; and between 48 hours up to 24 hours prior to the climbing time, with a cost of £10. For less than 24 hours, late-comers, and missed climbs there are no refund and no reschedules
