Our tui rep was extremely unhelpful , cancelled our trip and was unwilling to work around things . I contacted chukka directly and they offered an alternative activities and arrange collection and drop off . Thanks to our rep we wasted most part of our day because she could not be bothered to rearrange anything or make a few phone calls a common theme and ranted on about if we had booked it with her or on about some other trip .
