Ask Me Lisboa | Centro Tejo - Terreiro do Paço, 1100-016, Lisbon from 10.00am to 1.00pm | 3.00pm – 6.30pm. Ask Me Lisboa | Lisboa Story Centre - Praça do Comércio, 78 - 81, Lisbon 10.00am to 6.00pm. Ask Me Lisboa- Cais do Sodré (Train Station in the City Centre) – from 09.00am -1.00pm | 2.00pm – 5.30pm

Please note that buses within Sintra are not included, as they are operated by different companies

Know in advance:

Temporary update valid from 27 April 2025: The Belém Tower is currently closed for refurbishment works and is expected to remain closed for approximately one year
Remember to redeem your voucher to get your card. Please choose a visit date when booking and collect your card on that date
You can pick up your Lisboa Card at one of the addresses you'll find in the voucher after booking
The card is personal and not transferable. It is not valid unless signed and completed with the date and time at which you will start using the card
No card is needed for infants aged 0-3
Please note that the Lisboa Card doesn't provide free access to the MAAT Museum but a 15% discount
Please be informed that the National Museum of Archaeology is temporarily closed for repairs
The Jerónimos Monastery will be closed on 24 October and 5 December between 09.30 am and 01.00 pm
Please note that Ask Me Tourism Offices are open every day, except on December 25
Museums may be closed on December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st, and opening hours may vary. Please check in advance and plan your visit accordingly

Lätt att hämta ut kortet på flygplatsen. Pappersutskrift rekommenderas före nedladdad version. Scanningen på bussar etc. fungerade perfekt. Alltför dyrt kort. Svårt att hinna utnyttja det till fullo eftersom det är långa köer till muséer, spårvagn 28 (alldeles för lång väntetid där) och även till bussarna i vissa fall. Att i stället gå mellan sevärdheter/till bussar, spårvagn etc tar lång tid p.g.a. mycket folk, backig terräng och ojämnt gatubeläggning.

Für Lissabon Urlauber ein muss. Einfach mit jedem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel fahren und auch bei einigen Museen freier Eintritt oder Eintritt mit Nachlass.

Man ist unabhängig und muss sich nicht um Tickets für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kümmern, zudem kommt man in viele Museen oder Attraktionen mit Rabatt oder kostenlos rein. Es gibt auch Rabatte in Shops, haben wir bisher nicht genutzt. Wir kaufen uns eine Anschlusscard.
