  • Remember that if you want to have roundtrip transportation, you have to buy 2 tickets: one to go to Auschwitz and one to come back to Kraków
  • The driver will accept the voucher you will receive on your email – you can have it either digital or printed
  • Remember that you book a ride for a specific hour, it is not possible to use the voucher at a different time
  • You must show up at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to departure

    Aucun problème, bus confortable. Le chauffeur a eu la gentillesse de nous attendre quelques minutes car nous étions légèrement en retard. Pour le check, nous avions réservé donc nos noms apparaissaient direct.

    Οι οδηγίες που δίνουν για τις στάσεις είναι πολύ μπερδεμένες. Το λεωφορείο αναχωρει απο τον κεντρικό σταθμό από το επίπεδο -1 (D9ή10), μετα θα το παρετε απο εκει που σας αφησε. Ο οδηγός δεν ήταν καθόλου εξυπηρετικος ισχυρίστηκε ότι δεν μιλάει Αγγλικά όταν του ζήτησα μια απλή πληροφορία για την σταση
