Chichén Itzá er et vigtigt mayansk arkæologisk kompleks, der findes i Mexico, i den nordlige del af Yucatan-halvøen. “2 hour into the journey, we were still within only a few kilometres of where we were picked up, picking up other people at local hotels. We had no communication with the tour guides in this time, they didn't introduce themselves, tell us about the itinerary for the day or even if there were toilets on the bus. Then the tour guide got off the bus at McDonald's, everyone was waiting in the bus for 10 minutes and she came out with a coffee. Trip advertised as 12 hours, lasted 15 hours, very tiring”
