- Option 1: Guided Duomo tour and skip-the-line ticket to Museo della Misericordia, that includes fast-track entrance and 30 minutes guided tour to Florence Duomo with dedicated entrance and entrance ticket to Museo della Misericodia

- Option 2: Guided Duomo tour, skip-the-line ticket to Museo della Misericordia, and 5-day pass to Uffizzi Gallery, Pitti Palace, and Boboli Gardens, that includes everything mentioned in Option 1 and priority access to the Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace, and the Boboli Gardens.

Meet your guide and group at the Museo della Misericordia entrance. Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the activity starting time, if participants are late, participation in the tour is not guaranteed and no refund will be given.

A member of staff will contact you the day before the experience to confirm all the details
If you select the option 2, 5-day pass to visit the Uffizi Museum, Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens, please note that entry to the Uffizi Museum is scheduled for 2:00 pm on the selected day, except on Mondays. If your visit to the Duomo is booked for Monday, the Pass will be valid from 10:00 am on Tuesday and entry to the Uffizi will be scheduled for 2:00 pm on Tuesday. If you wish to change the time or postpone the date of entry to the Uffizzi Gallery, please notify the local operator at the time of purchase. The notifications need to be sent within 48 hours of the start of the service, any later changes cannot be accepted
The Option 2, 5-day pass is activated on the day of your visit to the Duomo and remains valid for the following 4 days (for a total of 5 consecutive days). If the validity period includes Monday (when all museums are closed), the ticket is automatically extended to the sixth day. The same applies to 25 December and 1 January
The 5-day Pass is printed at the Uffizi, you must first visit this museum, then Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens. The ticket cannot be reprinted: keep it until you have completed all your visits
When booking the 5-day Pass, you must provide the first name, surname and date of birth of each participant in order to access the Uffizi Gallery

Remember to bring:

It's recommend wearing comfortable shoes
Appropriate clothing is recommended for access to sacred sites: shoulders and knees must be covered
